Oohhh, i just love walking around 5 different minions to walk up and try to land my stun. But wait, now that you have walked the extra distance, the timing is off and so is the angle. Har har too bad.

Minion block is cancer not just for taric. Add that to the random minion aggro change that causes them to suddenly walk away from you just as you are about to last hit them and suicide to your allied melee minion, and you have cs-ing hell.
Like top lane melees didn't already have enough cancer and aids to deal with 
. At least for the allied minions, they shouldn't be blocking an allied champion using them as cannon fodder fighting on their side. Or... is that their way of starting a rebellion for the oppression they've endured under champion overlords over the years?
