I would talk about how his w gives him 30% permanent tenacity, because the costs are laughable low

That is because that damage can be easily countered with damage reductions, armor and other factors. Meanwhile healing has only 1 counter, which honestly isn’t that good.

his ult is still overtuned, not denying that, but the damage his E does in lane with one point when you have no armor or hp built at that point to counter it is pretty bullshit as well

That is why you should play a little bit passive instead of trying to cs if he gets the next lvl before you. I have seen the videos of a mundo getting a first blood/kill at lvl 2 just because the enemy laner doesn’t respect his lvl advantage.

Grievous wounds doesn’t stop healing, I think it cuts it by 40%. Morello doesn’t get rid of healing entirelyk that would be really unhealthy for the game.

Exactly, so he is still able to do Mundo stuff even tho you are trying to counter his healing. That's what I'm trying to say, but this guy is like not getting through his skull. Has he not played against Mundo recently?
