Zyra right now, has a power similar to 
pre-nerf when his ulti cd was 10 seconds.
Now, would you buff swain when he was perma-banned above plat like zyra is? i don't think so.
If zyra is being buffed, this means that 
sould all be buffed.
and if zyra's buff makes through, you will have no escuses for what you've done.

but they are buffing zyra, it's the same thing as buffing diana, they need no buff and if anything zyra needs a nerf

One is melee and the other one is range, Zyra needs to land her root to burst you down and it's very easy to dodge unless she can predict your movement or pattern. Diana on the other hand, can choose to either burst you down when she lands her Q ( a lot easier compared to Zyra) and stick to you or can just R and burn everything she has if fed. A fed diana is a lot scarier than a fed Zyra since Zyra doesn't have shield and really squishy, if she miss her root, then she's probably die or in the worst case, trade 1 for 1 if fed.
