[Matchmaking] MMR in norms is CRAZY

Picture says it all. Why in the world are 4 plats and a gold being matched with people that aren't even level 30???

It's the matchmaking. I have no idea why, but this season seems to be just randomly throwing anyone and everyone together. Even in ranked I'm constantly having past season Plats vs Silvers.
