[Gameplay] Illaoi cannot complete W attack if stunned while jumping

If Illaoi is cced during her W jump animation, the attack is cancelled and she cannot jump again and the skill goes on cooldown. The attack should either go through regardless of distance (not ideal) or she should be able to jump again after the cc wears off.
