[Build] Little Aphelios tip for anyone trying him out...

Do NOT buy essence reaver. Stormrazor is WAY better for Aphelios. Aphelios does not need CDR, nor does he need mana regen. What he does need, being a dashless ADC, is as much peel as possible. Therefore, the standard build (or at least what I go assuming the game is decent so far) is Stormrazor, Runaan's, then IE. Items after that are just whatever you need, as you've reached Aphelios' power spike at this point.
