Show Exp Bar for teammates

I have noticed that you can look at your own EXP bar and know when you will level up, but if you click on an ally champion, it doesn't show their EXP. It shows their health and mana but no exp bar under that.

I was hoping that it would make things easier and more clear if we could just click on an ally and see how close they are to the next level. This would be very helpful knowing when someone hits 6 specifically and in general.

If this could be added to the game for the sake of clarity that would be great. (Not sure how hard it would be to add, but it wouldn't affect any other game play elements)

They used to have this, I don't know why they removed it

I want to say there was such an indicator once upon a time, attached to your health bar, but I can't say for sure whether you could see everyone's or just your own. Whether there ever was or not, I can definitely say it would be a welcome addition.

gold not so useful, but exp bar will be useful especially as a jungler trying to gank my solo lanes. it helps to know when they're gonna hit 3 so we can cheese the enemy level 2 laner

I think clarity needs to be improved overall among allies, maybe even add a gold count and cd times for basic spells

The only levels that really matter for someone to know in the scheme of things are 2,3, 4 and 6. Once someone hits six, what more purpose is there to know when they're close to leveling up?

We need this for because it would be easier for Zilean to see who he can level up.

Id prefer to see when their spells and ss are up
