New Champ Select Suggestions

So far the new champ select is nice but can you bring back two easy things to make it better. If not, could you please explain why.

1. After someone has selected a champion, you can scroll over and click on that champion to read their bio, like we were able to do. (Why was this removed). I find it helpful and interesting.

2. When scrolling through the skins, why do the locked skins not show/display their name? (Why was this removed) It would be simple to add this back.
