not nerf REMOVE Fizz is either an assassin with a great dodge, or he doesn't exist. It's one way or the other.

Alternatively, bait the E if you can before using your big damage and try to disengage before it comes back up. Early game you should have about 10+ seconds to do damage before he can troll pole again.

I'd say the biggest problem with fizz is how disproportionately easy he is to play vs play against. The fizz player feels godly, while an opponent who can't see his cool downs really needs to be familiar with fizz to fight around his combat patterns.

Also, champs like fizz and ekko get wrecked by snares. ;D
