Anyone else think the ADC item changes aren't going to do anything. Yeah it may switch to crit builds but I still think with 
being untouched, costing more isn't changing it in my book, will still make 
and maybe 
busted.
Also not sure if the hurricane bolts can still crit, I think they still do. (if they do then 
will become the new )
Hi Im Myst1 votesArmor buffs, armor pen nerfs, and tanks will have less health late so bortk isn't as effective. All that and Randuin's gives 20% crit reduction. Adc's are just getting fucked again.

GankedByWindows1 votesBlade got nerfed quite a few ways actually.
Directly, it got made more expensive by 100g. Not a big change, but it is a direct nerf.
Indirectly, crit got made better which hurts the relative value of blade, and the passive will be worth less considering how armor items got MORE armor and LESS health, so 6% HP damage will be getting less value.
They're all small changes individually, but together it might be enough.
