More than 223 CS in a 36 minute game with Viktor. Viktor's wave clear as soon as you get your first hex core upgrade is probably the absolute best in the game.
Your cs is low considering the game time and the fact that you are a viktor.
You only had second most champion damage in your team.
You only bought two vision wards out of a 36 minute game. Those were likely either in-lane or outside of lane. Either way, that isn't good considering you weren't even full build.
You didn't get first blood.
You didn't get a multi-kill or the best multi-kill.
All of the above are things I would think factors into a S for a mid lane carry champion. Some other things to consider: Did you participate in most of the objective pushes such as destroying enemy tower/inhib/nexus or dragon/baron?
I hope they don't use this system for anything else (player modeling for the matchmaker ?), because it's really not working well.
