Build 1:
The most well-rounded build, having good damage early that scales well into late.
Build 2: 
with and as options for the last item.
The best early game build. This is her only build with a win rate above 50% with only 2 items and I personally think it would be her best build, though I haven't tried it myself.
Build 3: (or ) and then
The best late game build and the one she was designed for. It's the weakest early game, but has the highest win rate as she scales.
Runaan's Hurricane is pretty amazing on her because it has an interaction where the extra range on the feathers flying around from her passive increase the range of the bolts, plus her W applies the 20% extra AD damage to all enemies hit. I think it's gonna end up being core.
