And maybe decrease armor and magic resist of opponents that stands near ally towers as well. At least do that for the first tower.
I just had a garen tower dived me by himself when I had full HP and walked away with 60% HP. That should've never happened.
Even with his recent buffs.
Syrile1 votesI could get behind this... At least an increase for X amount of time. You should not be allowed to literally live under turret without risk. But turret dives in modern day are way too safe. And turrets do basically no damage and melt instantly when you happen to be killed.

if you were already multiple levels behind at that point, and failed to kite him out with your w and e, then its on you.
