Riot why are you putting newly level 30 players in their ranked promos in our ranked games?

Like these player literally have no clue what they're doing. I had a jax top last game, who were farming jungle for the entire game. His laner is splitting, and taking towers, and inhibs? He's taking jungle farm. We have a team fight 2 feet away from him? He's taking jungle farm. We're contesting dragons and baron? He's on the other side of the map, taking jungle farm.

He won his lane, got a bunch of kills off his laner, then proceeded to spend the rest of the game, farming jungle. The only time he comes is when they're killed our entire team. Then he jumps into them, 1vs5, maybe get 1 or 2 kills. This is ranked now a days people. I don't care what riot does, but this needs to change. Literally unplayable

Maybe increase ranked for higher levels only. Maybe change it so you can only get experience from playing against REAL players, on the NORMAL 5vs5 map. Like literally right now, you can get to level 30 by playing against BOTs and then you can play ranked right away, and auto losing game for people. This should NOT be happening.

New lvl 30 players should start their placements at the bottom of the barrel, not somewhere in low silver.

I'm assuming this was with your last ranked match around an hour ago?

making sure this is right, the jax went 14/10 w 240 cs?

he's in bronze, which for someone new to ranked (I assume, his win/loss ratio is kind of all over the place) isn't that bad

Because they're useless and have no fucking idea what they're doing. The people who made the game good aren't working on League anymore.

solution: win 500 games normal blind/draft before you are able to play rank or attain a mastery of 2 or above to be able to play the champ in rank

At this point the thread has turned into rank shaming which isn’t cool. There is some games that are not winnable due to your teammates decisions. You literally can’t 1v9 every game unless you play the most absurd bs and the enemy team is truly bad. Your impact in games can significantly increase the chances of winning, but that doesn’t mean you should win every single game because of it.

I remember when I used to be Lv.30. Lv.30 means you know the bare basics of the game, not that you're ready to compete. I'd honestly raise the ranked level cap to 50, 30 is far too low otherwise lessen XP gain.

This is what people usually do when they're throwing games to get iron 4. He isn't a new player, probably just a smurf that is trying to drop elo so he can have fun with noobs.

I've long felt that far too many LoL players forget that the rest of their team are human beings.

It's not YOUR GAME! It's your teams!

I didn't play ranked for a whole season after hitting 30 just because I didn't want to be like the guy OP mentioned.

Game or not please show some respect for your fellow LoL players! Just because you don't care? Dosen't mean the other 4 on your team don't!

This is the same reason why I have stoped played rank plus i have demoted. lost seven games in a row because of new players being able to play in high rank.. it is unfair to us who have been grinding every single day..
