Ekko the Champion...

Over the seasons we have seen plenty of champion come into power and some maybe because of items and sometimes because a champions kit is just too good. Talon's silence was a great example of a kit being too good and it got removed which unfortunetly led to less talon play and the Champion being semi "gutted" and a drop in his popularity is very obvious since the silence removal. Ekko has been a top tier pick for quite some time now and at first maybe we thought it was just the items because he was building full tank when tank items were solid picks. It's at the point where ekko the "AP" assassin or so it seemed that's how he was intended to be played, is now building AD bruiser.... Triforce into tiamat ekko is what we see most times now. So i have to ask when do we plan on "gutting" this champ? its obvious that the champs kit is what is making him very powerful not the items (because he can literally build any item he wants and be relevent). Maybe make it so he cant proc his 3 proc move speed damage passive so frequently? maybe make that skill scale harder but have like 10 seconds of down time before being reapplied. Idk what reblancing needs to be done, but its obvious this champ needs some rebalancing anyone who plays the game can see that IMO.

Tank Ekko, tank Akali, tank or ad bruiser fizz, tank or ad bruiser yasuo... i think the problem is the items

Fizz has a great kit.... Yasuo has a great kit... Akali is an a good point but personally i dont find her to be very strong when shes tanky.

My point is that the tank items are sort of unbalanced if assassins can build them and be effective with. A solution for this would be to nerf these items and buff the stats and ratios of the champions who need to build tank items to be effective. It would not be a nerf for the tanks, just a "readjustement" so assassins stop to build items that are not supposed to work well on them.

Personally, I blame the keystone masteries.

Why bother investing heavily into damage items when Fervor of Battle, Thunderlord's Decree or Grasp of the Undying provide enough damage to kill squishy targets anyways?

No. If they too strong, nerf em
