Rengar Is now Clunky Fix the nerfs

rengar isnt op in fact hes far from op hes squishy only does real damge to squishy's has no escape a long as ult and is one of the hardest and least playable champion out there and yet riot nerfs him. but to nerf fiora or lee sin or fking the Tank meta what is wrong with riot they buff all the champs that don't need buff and they nerf champs that don't deserve nerfs.
