why is lucians winrate so low but he hasnt been buffed i main him along side with other adc but i play him the most but yet i see his winrates trash compared to other adc apart from kalista (shes fking useless tbh in this solo Q meta) and yet he hasnt been buffed but when i do go to champion.gg i see that he isnt build right tbh static shiv is way better then rapidfire cannon (more burst) anyways what makes lucian winrate so low in high elo i am currently bronze 1 but lol sumo said i play at a silver level but im still new to the game only been playing since patch 6.5 fuck even in my writting i have ADD Kappa. please explain

After Lucian got nerfed due to him being really dominant for a while his only real viable Keystone (fervor) got nerfed and his armor pen items got nerfed too. The combination was too much. Lucian is still really good in Bronze/Silver due to how much people misposition.

Lucian's winrate is so low because armor pen got nerfed and he loses lane to Vayne now that she is strong. He has low range which isn't compensated by his damage because of how long it takes for him to actually be useful now that it takes him 3 items to have decent damage compared to other ADCs, but Vayne and Twitch can build 2 and already have the tools to carry.

luc suffers the way that varus has sufferd. withe the nerf in fervor and lethality, Reason people use rapid fire is for the extended range, time to bring back triforce runaans luc

its bronze so thank god no vaynes are actually good enought to outplay me because i just don't 1vs 1 her and i use my team to shut her down isntead of trying to do it myself

Armor Pen was way better then Lethality. Rito, in all their wisdom, replaced Armor Pen with Lethality. This was no bueno for Lucian, who has since suffered.
