Um make kassadin meta again even though the mage rework should hve made him stronger all it did was make him into urgot. Mostly because j never see him in ranked games and j want 2 play him

He's been pretty good in LCS/Regional Qualifiers. This will lead to others realizing he isn't terrible right now.
