Why doesn't Riot just make it so all the game modes are available at the same time?
Why do they believe this system is the best? If they release all game modes people will have the game mode they want at anytime they want it.

How you can't play all the gamemodes at the same time.

Plus they'd start to develop metas and lose their charm.
