Can they make it so if you get out of someones attack range by 50 - 100+ the attack is missed?

A perfect example is someone like Volibear slapping someone after they flash away. That should be a miss because they are no longer in his attack range.

Ranged champions don't need more advantages.

The rules around that sort of thing are weird.

I'm pretty sure melee stuff will fail to connect if you flash out of vision, but will hit if they still have vision of you. It certainly feels weird sometimes, and successfully using your flash only to find it was actually wasted is pretty lame.

No... If he already slapped you before you flashed away, it should still do damage. On the other hand, if you flashed before his auto attack animation. It will miss.

I agree with that on melees, but for ranged the projectile should follow.

Projectiles still follow you no matter where you go, which is hilarious. Ever recalled as Annie throws a Q? It will go all the way to the fountain to hit you.
