Is it just me or does Sona heal and shield feel really weak?

I'm honestly asking if it's just me because it seems like her shield and her heal are very minimal. Am I doing something wrong?

They are supposed to be weaker because they are the most spammable, granted I think they could use a buff because I dont think they amount to as much as other heals. But point is they should feel weaker at least per use.

imo, and i realize a hate train might follow, but I think the way to fix Sona is to pull her damage back (far) and make her fill in that gap that Soraka has left us with. I realize Morello thinks we should kill off all boring mechanics (sorry that I main healers in other games Morello, and that I enjoy it), but truly it would be nice to have a Utility support again with a heal that meant something other than mitigate < 100 damage pokes.
