Too Many Effects On-Screen During Teamfights (and a suggestion to remedy it)

There's way too many effects and particles during teamfights and it gets hard as a support main or an assassin to pick people out during the colorful bursts and critical moments you need to.

To ask for an effects overhaul is too much and wouldn't happen for a long time so here's a simple way to maybe improve the situation.

Why not add the ability to tag your friendly tanks and carries to make sure you have a clear way to see them during such fights? In battlefield you're able to point out enemies to people and 'call them out'. In soloq it would help to have a way to make a 'focus target' feature and even in teamq you can keep the assassins or tanks highlighted in these flourishes but would disappear when they leave the visibility of teammates.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea in terms of balance but what does everyone else think?
