Taric: Grasp of the Undying Won't Show Up

5/2/2016 I just had a match as Taric support (bot) the time is 6:00 am if that helps you determine which game to observe if this is looked into.

I took Grasp of the Undying into bot lane to experiment and the animation AND key mastery itself were not present for the entire game. This resulted in a very miserable experience and I would like this to be fixed if possible. I'm not sure if this is a multiple-match thing or a mere fluke but I'm reporting this just in case.
