@Feralpony Devourer was nerfed. Can WW have his W back so his clear time isn't so abominable?

WW's ult CD was nerfed, then his ult damage and W duration was nerfed. Then the reason WW was nerfed (devourer) was nerfed. Now WW is considered so bad at his only remaining role in League that I'm getting reported for picking him (in gold tier). No wonder. Shyvana and Elise can clear 50% faster and use all their free time to gank, and to add insult to injury they actually have tools to gank with. His overall win rate has dropped below 50% and even a top player and WW lover like St Vicious can only manage a 42% win rate with him. Can you give the old dog a little love and give him back his W so he isn't so abominably slow in the only role he can play anymore? Thanks for listening.
