fizz nerfs vrs solo q: somehting's fishy. fish fish fish

the boards for about 2/3 weeks was filled with complaints about fizz and riot goes on and nerfs him. of course there's data to back up fizz's power.

but besides this there is the boards being filled with complaints on dynamic Q. constantly.

you dont have to look far or hard to see DQ complaints. plz riot just brin back solo q or put a solo-only option within dq
