Is this a known hack?

It looks as if my team was just run over, and we were, but not because we were bad. This happened.... Every time Diana and Nami would siege the same lane, at least one person in that lane would DC. It started about 5 minutes in the game and didn't stop until the around the 20 minute mark. They abused the top and bottom lanes first, after they fed and took 4 towers (2 top and bot) they pushed mid and eventually won.

It just seemed to coincidental that these DCs happened every time Diana and Nami were together. Especially since I have never DCed in my two years of playing the game.
