Why is it always so bad?

Why do they bother? If their goal is to encourage me to buy skins, why not offer skins for the champs that I actually play?
Sometimes you just don't get lucky with the algorithm. There's some randomness to it
Tell you what's bullshit. Everyone gets a Legendary skin on sale in their shop right, so why do some people have 50% price drops and some people are stuck with only 30 or 20% price drops, like I'm not going to spend money on a Legendary skin when I know RNG has fucked me out of the best deal possible.

this is what I don't get about the shop they just throw random crap in there. I got a teemo, a sona skin, and the rest are champs I don't play/haven't played all season. Couldn't give me any 
skins I own them all, that's fine. Also my 2nd most played champ this season

Agreed. I think I've played Thresh, Nautilus, and Pyke once each for meme games with friends. Now they're all I ever get when Your Shop rolls around.

I got Heartseeker Ashe, Lunar Wraith Cait, and Secret agent Miss Fortune. I think the MF is skin is rare, since it’s legacy and not part of a seasonal event. Hyped for these skins. Seems like it gives you based on most played champs, I have 30+ games on all of those champs with Cait being my main.
I wish I played Syndra more cus now I have to wait till Christmas to get her snow day skin.
Works as intended for me. I play mostly adc and rarely off role, got 6 adc skin offers, one of which pulsefire cait.
I didn't get a single legendary skin offen :(
