prepared for a bunch of hate for saying this but honestly I think teemo should have 25 range added to his auto attack and blinding dart range. I think it should ATLEAST make it to pbe so riot could see if it would be to overbearing.

Teemo should get +.5 sec on his blind, and some stats +15 ad, +10ms, +100hp, +3 hp regen these stats would put him on a level playing field with other Jungle champs
Why 25?
Teemo needs a full rework before any significant buffs (or even competitive use as-is) are likely to be allowed.
Not until he gets a kit rework to fix his painfully toxic playstyle
Plus 25 cause his range would then be 525 most ranged champs have 525 range or greater.
