Riot says no cc or gap closer morde

I think thats fine they dont want him to have stuns and slows or mobility...

BUT what if he could place his magnetic shrapnel on enemies and it would act as a powerful magnet not strong enough to pull enemies toward u or pull you two them. But made it where if they tried to use mobility in the form of a jump/ dash and it was NOT toward morde it would cancel the mobility and pull them back to where they tried to jump from andif enemy used speedboost the magnets pulling force would slow the move speed buff.

Basically give Morde the ability to negate the league of mobilities somewhat. But at the same time as I said it cancels jumps and weakens speed buffs if they are heading AWAY from morde. Not toward.
