Manaflow band is by far the worst choice of mastery now.
Endgame: Lower Ult CD Endgame: +250 mana / 1% mana regen
One percent?

It really just depends on which champ you're using. Zyra, for example, has super high early regen and terrible regen per level. By the time you've maxed E, you really need something more than a Doran's Ring, but if you only have a lost chapter item by mid/late there's a clock ticking on your mana bar.
With manaflow band, I can rely on Doran's early and just skip a mana item altogether if I want. That's pretty important when the only counterplay to mid assassins is a Zhonya's rush.
Personally, I like it better. I also think it's better for mana users who don't really have many other great options, like anyone rushing IE, BC, Gunblade, Hydra, etc.
In terms of gold value, it's one of the better ones. Especially when you consider that those first 10 spellcasts that you use to stack it up essentially also refund 25 mana from their cost.
I take it on Swain all the time. I love being able to spam fire his Q and E and not have to worry about mana
use to be veigar passive still might be haven't played him in like a year.
It's far better than you'd think.
That 1% per 5 is going to almost always be better than the refund+8% per 75. The only exception might be if you hit Manaflow at the same time you popped a 800 mana Kassadin or Kog'maw R. It also gives an extra 250 mana, which is a few more points of AP for Seraph's users, as well as...well...being more mana.
Manaflow band was not nerfed. It was buffed. It seems nerfed because 1% seems way less than 8% and a refund. But the timer was divided by 15. This is equivalent to regaining Seventy five percent of your missing mana in the time it would have taken for old Manaflow to refund 8%.
that 1% per 5 is actually quite a bit on champs that build archangel
I don't honestly think it's that bad. Seems fine to me but perhaps it's only really for poke champions now.
