Jungle... Trist?

So in Korea Jungle Trist is becoming a thing... So at one point if any does Riot confirm this Champion is over-tuned? I thought it would be When Crumbz said on stream this champion is busted and all the other analysts agree, Or when she was perma picked / banned all through out worlds! What does it take for Riot to understand a champion is over-tuned? She has the Best range of adcs with no augmented weak range early, 900 unit jump that can buffer through CC, multiple ways to reset that jump, a 600-1000 unit knock back, and Great wave clear and tower taking potential. and she recently received a buff... I'm just so confused why this Champion gets so much love from the Riot Devs?

I've had mixxed Exp with them some good some terrible. I've also done it myself and its quite an easy thing to do (like a mobile jungle twitch with better camp clear). The trick for me was jump behind them and ult them forward lol. The champion Trist is insane damage and design... idk why she got a buff recently after worlds when it was obvious she was already great.

I agree she's busted af, but riot did finally state this week that trust is too strong and will probably receive nerfs.

I played with 3 of them yesterday on my team. They did absolutely nothing all game. Bad ganks, bad clear, easily invaded, can't counter jungle, no dueling potential. 1 even died twice in the jungle before going 0/8 that game. The last one i had was a diamond jungler who, when asked by the enemy team what tristana even does, he swiftly replied "It's good if all your lanes win" No really? It'll fall off.
