top lane

Why are we buffing the shit our of gnar? Ignore top lane for so long then you guys come out and buff one of the most op top laners? like hes pick or ban in pro play. is it to shut down the other op tops like GP and Jayce? well if so did you try fking nerfing them not fking top lane for us non meta slaves?

I just want a logical explanation to why we are hugely buffing a champ with a pretty overloaded kit.
