Please give Gangplank back vision on his E or remove klepto

Hello all,

to the point, Gangplank needs to have vision. He is immobile until late game and needs a way to stay safe. One may say 'Well that's why he has his W.' Guess what, junglers and top laners have a lot of cc. A single W is not enough. He cannot especially make plays without vision either. Waiting too far away means he doesn't get ganked but falls uselessly behind. With these considerable nerfs, no more can be had without serious talk of a rework. Alternatively, remove Klepto - this would allow him to be buffed back up again . It seems to be unhealthy for all champions that synergise with it.
