4 games today making me question why I reinstalled

First game I go 1-1, end up with two duo queued trolls on team throwing bot lane with double digit deaths, pretend raging at each other.

Second game 8-7, pretty even up until the Rakan sup on our team afked out of the match with about 10 minutes left.

Third game, New Nasus player that doesn't understand stacking mechanic and builds pure damage instead as well as an MF that won't group with the team (which cost us the game at the very end). 11-8, not my finest game, but not horrible. Perhaps the only warranted loss of these 4.

Fourth game, Ashe raging and having conniption in bot lane, Garen feeding a top lane Annie whilst buying damage items instead of mr, and a WW who's "final form" consisted of diving the enemy team alone and dying repeatedly. 3-2, which seems like very little but considering the team had 16 kills and the next person had more than twice my deaths, not bad at all.

My question now is this. How am I expected to climb in an environment like this? I played 4 games, and in all 4 (arguably 3) I was handed trolls and told to win.
