Really now it take longer to get to full build than before :| , idk what was wrong with old adc items ,before I was use to full build around min 30 with a bunch of kills and lot's of farm ,now min 33 I got infinity edge, berseker boots ,firecannon and almost stormrazor

The ideea is the fact that you just destroyed completely the adc role as it no longer funny and you just force adc to stay all time farming to cover the extra gold you asking on items , you ruined it so hard that it result in less action and less funy games no mather they are ranked/normal games you just taked adc and turned it into a machine of farming minions and try hard to play on the normal stats from before 8.11 patch .

It feels so bad optimized that you see that b.f sword in every core item and as it no longer pick axe + cloak of agility it's feels slowly to farm ... , it feels amazing to stay there and take every creep when before 8.11 you was critical random and was clean more faster the lane so you coulded roam for another lane , etc... it's feel like you made it most stupid lane now , and I have no clue anymore what could help adc to take early farm faster .. ,just jesus ,is feely so empty that make me uninstall the whole game for the reason it's take too long to make the core items to actually be able to do something , storm razor after me sucks ,takes 3400 gold to be able to crit with it but it's damage ain't that strong to kill minions...

And you forgeted about the future who execute minions with less of 4 hp , if you fail to take them , I have no clue why that ain't work ,but that's another storry for another time , right now you need to focus on fixing the adc , cause later will be too late to make us come back to this game what become worse from season to season

This is a good thing. It's called "full" build for a reason. That's because it should take time for your to get it.

ADCS are SUPPOSED to farm for their items, just like everyone else is. I would HARDLY say the role has been "destroyed completely".

Less action for ADCS, maybe, but now the other roles actually feel more impactful other than just "ADC peel slave number 1-4".

Again, this is what they were supposed to be.

It's isn't the ADC's job to roam. That's something that's left to Jungle, Mid and sometimes Support.

It certainly isn't. Top and Mid are still the biggest clusterfucks in the game.

Hail of Blades letting adcs get the full benefit of AD from domination without having to split it into the weaker early game stat of Attack Speed

It sure is true though. From my experience it was not too op to have a zeal item finished at say 12 or 13 minutes into the game, they made it so the best performing champions in the adc role are not actually adc champions. For example rn kayle is the adc champion with the highest winrate of all according to champion.gg
