This is how helpers talk on EUNE , how people talking on support line assistance ,same guy abused rules and banned 2 accounts on support permanent for having 1 single request among the fact i needed the lines they considered toxic in my chat logs , you not even know how much time they wasted closing my tickets or giving automatly answers that they answered all my concerns in .... xxx ticket ,etc... , i don't like how this is going .. , i get banned for threats among a griefer who grief... , because i sayd that i will submit replay of the game over support line assistance ,they ban me 140 years for such stuffs , but this guy have the right to threat me and to work in same time for Riot and to answer people like this , and further more to ban support assistance line accounts without breaking rules , only because they request something among a punishment , feels normal...

This can't stay like this , i doubt there are Riot official members of this game who will take care about and look over what just happened there , as i doubt i will anymore get further assistance among my account who been permanent banned for inappropiate behaviour among someone who literally grief my game .. , even if the behavour around me dosn't mather or dosn't get counted when i get punished , how they can live with the fact they banned me 140 years for such a thingh ... , if even support line assistance helpers tell me that my behaviour wasn't that negative and that my punishments only stays because of my past behaviour punishments and the fact they considered that i had enought chances to reform , is really fair ban system .

Yeap. That's what happens with repeat offenders. Even for minor stuff.

Okay, so this what I'm unferstanding; and I fully accept I could be misunderstanding something.

You had an account get banned for toxic behaviour. You kept submitting tickets about the accounts behavior, from said account, and it got banned from support. Then you got on a different account to continue to fill support tickets about that account and it got banned. Now you are repeating it a third time?

You also feel that the account shouldn't have been perma'd despite repeated offenses. Or you feel you have reformed and deserved unbanned?

These are only relevant in the regards that this is why he kept submitting support tickets about these logs. It is important to note, that while he may have been Honor 1, he had received a prior 14 day ban.

So what did you need? Someone to look at these chat logs and tell you what was negative?

Support will close out tickets quickly if you're spamming them, and if they've repeatedly answered the same questions.

I don't know what their banning policy is when it comes to support tickets. I've submitted many support tickets, but was never banned from doing so.
