Twitch, let's talk about him

Back in season 4, Twitch got a VU, and a fantastic one at that. Best one that year in my opinion. However, he was nerfed the patch after his VU. He already was a weak champ, and riot just weakened him even more. It'd be like if Riot lowered the AD ratio on yorick's e and removed the healing. He would be even more useless than he already is. Thankfully, the nerf wasnt huge, just weakened passive damage and stealth has a MUCH longer ramp-up time. But, maybe, we could revert his passive damage? It isnt a particularly useful DoT anyways, unlike brand or fizz or something, and it helped twitch in the early game by giving him trade potential. He autoed, then threw his venom cask, and then expunged (im calling it expunge, contaminate just isnt the same), letting his passive wittle their health bar down a tiny bit. The stealth ramp-up time is fine imo, considering stealth is such an annoying concept, and his stealth lasts ages.
