HERE'S HOW TO SOLVE AUTOFILL/NOT GETTING UR ROLE OPTION

Hey guys, need your attention. Need riots gameplay team's attention. I been thinking about the issue of people trolling if they didn't get their role.

Propose solution: Every game you are not playing your main role, or if you pick autofill, you get a distinct amount of RP in exchange for your time. So, playing your 2nd role will earn a lesser amount of rp than playing a role you totally didn't choose. Choosing autofill will guarantee you RP. The amount could change based on how Riot wants to tweak it.

The generous conscience is you're spending time trying to help fill the team, hence you should be rewarded. What do you guys think, are there any possible problems with such solution?

Pros: Less Wait time, Less Dodge Occurence, Less tilt, More happy, willing auto fills

Edit: For those who only wants RP, and don't care about win or lose, you could ONLY get RP if you earn B+ or Higher.

Edit: RP wouldn't be in the hundreds, like 4 games of RP maybe 100? I dunno, the exact amount shouldn't be the issue

Then people pick autofill for the free RP, get a roll they suck at, usually support, and feed causing a loss for everyone but free money for them

If this was BE, POSSIBLY, but no way would greedy "SMALL" indie RIOT give away free RP

Riot doesn't give free orange essence, what makes you think we can get free rp?

I believe riot announced some new changes to ranked for the next season already, to where you have different mmrs for each role and lose less when you are offroled. A monatary incentive is not promoting players to try to win the match but instead to play for money regardless of outcome. Honestly for me though, Id rather wait 10 minutes for everyone to get the role they want, but that would be a nightmare for high elo player. Autofill is an issue, and I am eager to see what riot is going to do next season.
