Vayne: Max Q or Max W First? Season 6

Sorry to bother! Hi, my name is Aaron. I am a level 20 adc main who really enjoys playing vayne. Thinking about maining Vayne in the future. Recently, I looked through the guides on youtube and mobafire. Many pros recommend maxing w first.

Due to the new item changes this patch, is people maxing more qs or more ws first nowdays? Right now, I am going with maxing q contrary to the popular belif, because I feel like I can poke more and trade more with q's damage, and not lose lane that much. I just can't put out consistently 33 autos, without recieving damage from the opposing adc. For Q, I will tumble and poke the adc without recieving any opposing damage.
