have dorans shield's passive apply after armor and have half the effect work with minions
change the passive to a shield that blocks 50 damage and refreshes after not taking damage
increase it's hp back to 100
replace flat regen to 100% base hp regen
give it a stackable passive (doesn't have to be it's current passive)
