The state of ryze is just as good as the old ryze

Does Riot know hes as good as the old ryze? I'm moving around opponents easily in lane hes just as good as before. ppl were freaking out as if they ruined him and made him slower of a champion to get fed but hes as good as before.

He's way better than old Ryze. He's like old Ryze with his ult permanently activated as well as having a very good ultimate to setup ganks or escapes.

He's again overpowered and will likely be bann or pick in LCS if some adjustments are not made to him.
