Fiora needs a new passive

So I recently picked up Fiora and I have to say I love her as a champion; design and ability wise. Even though she might not be the strongest and has no cc whatsoever, I like her gameplay mechanics. My only criticism is her passive. As a passive, it is most likely the worst passive in the game aside from maybe ashe's passive. Anyways the point is Fiora's passive is going along the right lines, but it really doesn't do too much. This passive just needs some improvement. Maybe change it to percentage regen so that over time as she levels up it continues to have an effect? Maybe increase the regen rate a bit? Maybe even just change it to lifesteal? I don't know but I think she definitely needs a buff to her passive. Other than a change in her passive I think Fiora is an awesome champion and I wouldn't change anything about her.
