First win of the day bonus idea

What if you disabled first win of the day bonus in Co-op vs AI games? Many level 30 players just play this mode to gain some quick IP.

Effects of this would be, these players would have to play normal games instead so they would not imbalance the coop vs AI game where under level 30 players play. (So less 15 minute victories) And also, leveling bots (some kind of automated bots that people use to level accounts on their own) would gain less IP as well.

Im interested to know what Riot devs or other employees think.
