AI BOTS ITEMBUILD BUG

Summoner's Rift intermediate bots build only 4 sensible items. Therefore making them super easy and boring. (Also happens on twisted treeline minus ward issue)

5th item is the WARD that they never use (if they do, its useless and should be removed because it makes them much weaker)

6th item is the starting doran's item - which is nearly useless in late game (40+ minutes) - before BOTS used to sell the doran starting item in late game and replace it with a strong high tier item like guardian angel for example.

I'm sorry for using caps but RIOT does not seem to listen to me requests. I do not expect anything fixed but I thought it's better than nothing to post it here. I'm not the only one wanting to improve bots (just google) and I think fixing these SIMPLE bugs will be a good start.
