You are basically done for if you are a melee champion, like there’s nothing you can do vs this, he pokes you with basic attacks the entire laning phase and he gets REWARDED FOR IT. Same was with Viktor, just force Kennen on mid lane or bot lane because he’s just too strong on Top at the moment.
Sure but, he'd be doing that without klepto anyways. And its not really "nothing you can do." You can wait for a gank, you can farm near the turret, you can wait for them to make a mistake and punish it, etc.
Just gotta get better at the game is all.

Most melee champs beat him really hard in the sense that even if you go 20 cs down, you're still ahead. God forbid you kill him. Kind of like picking jayce, his teams problem is well, they have a kennen LOL
