playable is such a vague term. Balanced would be a better one and tanks are balanced right now.

weak is such vague term also. Thing is that Tanks by themselves are weak, but in a group is where they shine. Right now with crits being weaker and assassins losing by default, thanks are shining brightly.

Personally, 5.15 (right before juggernauts) was one of my favorite patches (my favorite?).
A few patches earlier, it was total tank meta, but by 5.15 they'd toned tanks down and just about every class in the game was equal power.

I think it's pretty safe to say Vayne doesn't need any buffs.

These were some Vayne buffs Riot made to the PBE about 10 months ago:
Tumble (Q): Auto applies two stacks of W Bonus damage no longer crits. Silver Bolts (W): Bonus True Damage increased from 6/7.5/9/10.5/12% to 6/8/10/12/14% Minimum Damage changed from 40/60/80/100/120 to 50/65/80/95/110 Final Hour (R): New Effect: "While under the effects of Final Hours, Vayne is revitalized when enemy champions she has damaged recently are killed, healing for 20% of their maximum health"

That's a joke of a change compared to what the other ADC's are getting.
As a 900K+ Vayne main I'd have preferred them to put some more AD back on the R or given back the attack speed growth.

Infinity Edge coming down 100g is nice but it won't affect her that much.
The IE change will benefit ADC's like Ashe, Jinx, Twitch and Tristana greatly.
