So why can she near one shot people with her cougar form q? For a champ who has that much range, low cd, high mobility, and that much damage, shouldnt she have to actually be skilled to get that much of a reward?

They really need to make a decision : tank ad or full ap... They need to massively enrf her ap damages while massively buff the ap ratio (not on ehr spear though we dont want ehr to become what she was in season 4)
