Me and friend friend are experiencing some problems with Kat. Sometimes when you play her, her abilities, summoner spells, and recall does not work. You have to click on them for them to work

Yeah this happened to an enemy Katarina when I was playing a couple of days ago.

this has been a thing for a long time also even clicking on them doesn't work when it happens to me. I have to die before I can use Q R or recall again
