Random Reports
People have been reporting me for no reason. I want someone to fix this, because I don't want to be banned for no reason Maybe, you have to take a screenshot of chat or whatever the person did because all you have to do is "Report"

If you get a warning, it's just an alert to let you know you've been reported. A warning doesn't mean you've been punished (and in fact, people reporting you can lose report weight for falsely doing so).
There is no need to screenshot chat, because all chat is logged. Every single report is tied to the game and player, and players can't alter chatlogs since they're server-side. This is how the Tribunal functions (when it's working), and how Riot reviews reports.
