He does allready got insane amount AS in his kit why add 30% more, When he got up to 90% AS with Essence Flux. Why not just give his W more utilities or dmg instead. He dosent need a buff imo but if you are going to buff him buff W.

You can notice that his buff isn't as big as some of the other adcs, especially Vayne.
